JOB DETAILS

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals, including recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal, and succession planning.
Recruitment and talent selection: Build an effective recruitment process, find and attract high-quality candidates, suitable for the company's needs.
Performance evaluation: Build a clear and transparent performance evaluation system to help employees clearly understand their strengths, weaknesses and personal development orientation.
Building human resource policies: Participate in building and adjusting human resource policies such as salary, benefits, and discipline to ensure fairness and compliance with labor laws.
Labor relations: Building harmonious labor relations, resolving labor disputes, representing the company in negotiations with unions (if any).
HR Data Analytics: Use HR data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
Consulting to the Board of Directors: Providing information and advice to the Board of Directors on human resources related issues, supporting strategic decision making.
