JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage campaign channels to deliver good performance, capable of deploying and setting up ads on all channels. Effectively control campaigns that need to be prioritized according to performance goals.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of all performance advertising campaign activities (mobile apps and websites) through display advertising channels, affiliate marketing, media
- Manage and set up performance and branding advertising campaigns on channels: Facebook Ads, Google Adword, Adnetwork, CPD, Social Media, TVC, OOH...
- Work within the given budget and achieve committed target KPIs, keeping CAC at an optimal level.
- Manage and liaise with multiple suppliers and third parties to achieve set KPI targets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate against goals (ROI & KPI).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate well the campaign indexes that bring effective user returns from multiple channels.
- Monitor anti-fraud reports in advertising campaigns and take coordinated actions with third parties to monitor and mitigate fraud in digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and create small-scale AB testing campaigns to better optimize ad campaign performance.
- Propose new digital channels that have the potential to effectively bring in new users.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of Digital Performance, (minimum 2 years) with extensive experience implementing Performance campaigns in the fields of e-commerce, cryptocurrency online-travel, mobile-gaming, ETC.
- Proficient in using Digital Ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads, other Display networks....
- Have basic understanding of running in-app advertising and App Store optimization (ASO) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience in measuring and tracking platform integration optimization (for mobile apps and websites) with third parties (e.g. Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer)
- Understand and be creative in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that attract the most users.
- Good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer).
- Understand the basics of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tools (e.g. Appsflyer Protect 360).
- Have basic knowledge of setting up and optimizing goal & event Google Analytics, Tagmanager ....
- Proficient in using tools Similarweb, Ahref, Semrush, Google data studio, Power Bi .…
- Being able to create meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio + Power Bi would be a plus.
- Experience in handling and negotiating advertising purchases with third parties will be an advantage.
- Basic English communication required or higher.
