- Job details:
• Implement lead generation advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads. The goal is to attract inbox messages, orders, and interested customer data, while increasing conversion rates.
• Manage and allocate the advertising budget (performance budget) to: Achieve targets for the number and quality of potential customers & Control costs effectively, especially per lead (CPL).
• Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance based on metrics such as CPM, CPE, CPL, conversion rate, etc.
• Collaborate with internal creative departments to produce content for advertising purposes.
• Continuously improve the process of measuring advertising effectiveness.
• Conduct competitor research, including: promotional campaigns, advertising activities, service quality, and customer experience. The goal is to provide input data to support the development of marketing and service strategies for the clinic system.
• Assist in developing reports and evaluating operational performance at clinics with low business results. Propose solutions or provide feedback to improve overall operational quality.
- Job requirements:
• Graduated from university with a relevant major.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation advertising. Candidates with experience in a similar field and running large-budget ads are preferred.
• Possesses strong logical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Work with attention to detail and precision to avoid errors during campaign implementation.
• Proactive, agile, and responsible in their work.
- Benefits received:
- Basic salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month
- Monthly performance bonus
- Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND/month
