    Job Description

    As a Senior Creative Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative for our clients by developing creative and engaging content strategies. You will work closely with the Planning team and clients to bring brand stories to life across various platforms and formats.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms.
    • Creative Adaptation: Adapt TV/show concepts into brand-relevant content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
    • Storytelling for Brand Activation: Develop innovative and engaging creative stories for brand activation campaigns to captivate audiences and drive engagement.
    • Social Content Creation: Expand brand stories into compelling social media content angles, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty across digital platforms.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and design, to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance content strategies.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in content creation and creative strategy roles, with a focus on areas such as :
      • Social Outreach
      • Content Production
      • Creative Planning
      • Activation Planning
    • Proven track record of delivering impactful content strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong storytelling, writing, and conceptualization skills.
    • Ability to adapt content across various platforms and formats, including digital, social, and on-ground activation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • A creative thinker with a passion for crafting meaningful brand narratives.
