Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Participate in research, development and improvement of software products.
Support Developer/Tester and other stakeholders to clarify business requirements.
Support Designer in designing functional interface and user experience (UI/UX) as required (from user story to UI/UX).
Participate in the project implementation team for the Company's customers and partners.
Participate in user training.
Develop analysis documents, requirements specifications, and business process modeling.
Receive requests from other departments in the company. Analyze, respond and provide appropriate solutions to requirements.
Monitor work progress, report operational status to superiors, and propose solutions to improve service quality as well as the entire team's operations.
