WORK CONTENT: - Planning and project management:

- Planning and Project Management from receiving customer information, communicating with customers during implementation, to reporting work after completion;
- Check details of information related to the project, ensure the information received is enough for implementation;
- Coordinate with the Creative Director and Art Director to provide artistic direction, general guidance for the project and ensure the project's progress is within the Creative Director's requirements. create;
- Participate in project implementation when assigned;
- Coordinate, divide work and guide animators in the group to ensure project progress;
- Manage daily work on projects during construction stages; Coordinate and make recommendations regarding work status;
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to ensure correct implementation and customer satisfaction through project quality;
- Internal training support:
- Responsible for the development of individuals and training of animators within the project team to ensure project quality and progress;
- Continuously monitor and check compliance with the company's procedures and standards as well as evaluate the capacity and behavior of the animators in the group periodically at the end of the month;
- Encourage and motivate team members to work, solve arising problems and make appropriate decisions;
- Perform other tasks:
- Report results to superiors periodically and as arising;
- Support recruitment of animators according to project situation;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Company Director.
REQUEST: - Graduated in Architecture or related majors
- Visualization experience of 3-4 years or more
- Top criteria: good aesthetics, subtle sense of light and layout
- Proficient in 3Dsmax, Vray/Corona, Photoshop, sketch up software...
- Ability and experience in landscape/architectural painting and photography is an advantage
- Knowing English is an advantage.
