Job description

Ads Module Development:

Experience writing ads modules (an advantage): Ability to write ads modules to optimize the process of attaching ads to the app faster.
Design and develop advertising features: Integrate popular types of ads (banners, interstitial, video ads, native ads) into Android applications, using advertising platforms such as Google AdMob, MAX. Integrate mediation and network sdk to increase show rate of ad positions.
Optimize Ad Performance: Optimize coding technology for product features and ads logic. Track and analyze data to optimize ad revenue, while ensuring user experience is not dropped at the screen.
Improve advertising quality: Participate in contributing with po and team to develop advertising strategies suitable for each type of application and user, helping to increase revenue.

Training and Support for New/Below Level Members:

Knowledge Sharing and Skills Training: Guide new or junior members on how to write clean, efficient code and best practices in Android programming, especially when developing and optimizing advertising modules.
Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code review sessions to ensure code quality, help the team learn and improve programming skills.
Develop team capacity: Create a learning environment and help members develop skills through practical lessons, sharing documents and exchanging experiences.

Increase Team Productivity and Work Efficiency:

Optimize software development process: Apply agile software development methods to speed up development and complete work on time.
Problem solving and continuous improvement: Analyze issues that arise during development, find creative solutions to improve workflow and increase team performance.

Have 3 years or more experience in Android App programming (Java Android language, Kotlin).
Worked at product companies in the Google Play app segment running ads.
Have skills such as: Proficiency in code ads, code review, code structure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Training skills.

Fixed salary from 20 - 35M (net salary)
Probationary period with 100% salary
Evaluate & consider salary increase, bonus twice a year. With bonus commitment higher than the market. (total income 15-20M)
Get trained by leaders with many years of experience working on large projects.
