JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contact, maintain connection & build trust with customers & partners
- Coordinate with customers and partners, suppliers (Production, Freelance...), manage & monitor progress, ensure quality of ongoing projects
- Organize internal and customer meetings, kick-off updates, report progress & issues related to the project.
- Coordinate with Manager in presentations and proposals.
- Create customer information notes for new projects (Contact report).
- Participate in budget planning and development of scope of work, schedules, cost estimates, and related project documentation.
- Report business activities, customer care status and arising issues as requested by partners and superiors.
REQUEST:
- Age 25+, all genders.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Agency, Brands)
- Experience in managing many large budget Digital communication projects.
- Able to use English fluently.
