Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for prospecting, sourcing, advising, persuading, and providing customer support in the tourism sector. Simultaneously, they contribute to sales growth and coordinate with other departments to complete tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer acquisition and prospecting: Conduct activities related to finding potential customers. Examples include making phone calls, searching through social media, and sending emails. Introduce customers to information about the tourism products offered by the travel company.
  • Customer Consulting and Persuasion: Introducing and advising customers on information related to the company's tourism products. Providing customers with information on prices and tour itineraries. Persuading customers to choose tourism products using professional skills. Recording customer feedback, questions, and complaints and handling them promptly. Responsible for tasks related to sales growth.
  • Customer care support: Contact customers who have previously used the company's travel products, gather feedback, and send promotional information and offers if available. Update customers on pricing and promotional programs promptly. Monitor and periodically implement customer appreciation and follow-up programs as directed and in line with the company's overall program.
  • Other responsibilities: Collaborate with departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to effectively complete assigned tasks. Regularly prepare reports related to sales and customers. Participate in proposing ideas and suggestions to improve business performance. Receive customer feedback to develop effective solutions and corrective actions.

REQUEST:
  • Graduates from universities and colleges in tourism, travel management, business, hotel management, etc.
  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Proficient in foreign language communication as required by the business, with knowledge of the culture, geography, etc., of the target tourism market.
  • Experience in a sales position or in the tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Having knowledge of and interest in travel activities and trends, and having had many travel experiences, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using office software and software related to the tourism industry.
  • Possesses sales skills, communication skills, and other job-related skills.
