Support the Sales Department in searching, developing customer sources, promoting marketing activities for the Company's freight forwarding services including: air freight, delivery services, domestic and international freight transport.
Perform customer care. Maintain and establish customer relationships. Report to management on quantity, business situation and customer feedback.
Provide service and price information by determining customer requirements, advising customers on using the service in a timely manner, with quality appropriate to their needs and choosing the most optimal solution.
Support and debt collection.
Report monthly marketing implementation results to the Board of Directors.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
