Job Description

JOB DETAILS
Responsible for Supplier related business activities:

Manage information of the Company's Supplier Partners including: contracts, documents, dispatches,...
Synthesize and monitor daily, weekly, monthly business data... to detect unusual fluctuations, find the cause and report.
Interact and exchange with partners including: Telecommunication network operators, telecommunication agents during the service provision process, deploy tasks as required and handle arising issues for each case.
Review contracts, policies, business terms, negotiate contract terms with partners.
Drafting documents: Contracts, appendices, official dispatches and other documents.
Synthesize information (Policies, products, services, partners... ), store and hand over documents.
Prepare and perform meeting and training services as required by the Department Head; responsible for drafting and recording meeting minutes.
Communicate and coordinate work with internal company departments to ensure service is maintained continuously.
Prepare weekly, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required.

Participate in supporting the department in implementing new business projects:

Research and read new service documents to develop business.
Support the implementation of procedures, prepare documents, work with stakeholders for the department's business projects when requested by the Department Head.
