Job description
- Respond to/take care of existing customers.
- Exploit new customers, expand and develop further with existing customers
- Make quotes, contracts, and send debts to customers, track debts with accountants
- Receive and process customer requests, resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
- Track domestic and international shipments (import and export goods), track/work with carriers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
- Report to superiors about customer needs, problems, and concerns
Requirements
- Female, under 35 years old
- Have experience in Logistics
- Plus points if you have knowledge of transportation, warehousing, import and export
- Japanese (equivalent to N3), English communication is an advantage
- Willing to learn
- Dynamic, enthusiastic at work
- Can use word, excel
WORKING CONDITION
Working time Monday - Sat: From 8:00 To 17:00 (closed every other Saturday)
