Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand markets for medical products such as HbA1c analyzers, laryngeal masks, and ICU consumables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals to promote product use.
• Conduct regular customer visits to support, introduce BioHermes product benefits and features.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to
Identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing team to organize seminars, conferences, and product demonstrations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in engineering, biology, mechanics, or related medical fields.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical device or consumables industry, especially in diagnostics and ICU.
• Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer data and market segmentation.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (especially to China for training and reporting)
