    Job Description

    Main responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing and developing current customer list
    • Will be responsible for maintaining, developing customers and finding new customers.
    • Increase company revenue and achieve KPIs
    • Plan Sales & Promotion activities

    Job details:

    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions and support
    • Research potential customers (via: web searches or other sources)
    • Build and report on all leads
    • Monitor delivery & receipt activities and assist in handling related situations.
    • Support building reports on customer insights

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Expertise

    • Graduated from majors in Business, Business Administration, Marketing,... or related fields;
    • Experience working in food companies/fields, F&B is an advantage;
    • Have a passion for food or the F&B industry;
    • Understand how to calculate product costs;

    Skill

    • Basic office software skills (MS Office);
    • Enjoy communicating and chatting with people, reaching out to new customers;
    • Not afraid of challenges, positive attitude;
    • English proficiency (4 Skills);
    • Learn and develop yourself.
