Job description
- Maintain and develop existing OTAs Agoda, Booking .com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc. Develop more customer sources from other OTAs platforms.
- Manage OTAs channels, optimize business performance (adjust and perfect information, images, promotions, marketing, advertising... to increase visibility).
- Carry out price calibration checks based on seasonality, room availability, market analysis research, test bookings, daily shopping rate on all sales channels and competitors to promptly make suggestions adjust.
- Proactively propose ideas and plans to improve efficiency. Operate and process all guest reservations and customer care.
Job requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in tourism, travel, hotel management, Business, Accounting, Marketing....
- Travel English or Korean, Chinese
- Ability to learn quickly, work hard, and withstand pressure at work.
- Modern civilized communication skills and relationship building.
