Introduce and consult products and solutions on Information Technology/ Telecommunications/ Security Surveillance (depending on the applying department). For example: Networking Switch system, wifi, router, firewall, copper cable system, fiber optic cable. UPS, PDU power bar, Precision air conditioner, Rack cabinet, Smart Cabinet...
Sign contracts with customers; carry out procedures for ordering and shipping goods according to contracts; monitor the progress and payment of contracts.
Coordinate with departments to ensure delivery to customers on time, with correct quality and type.
Support receiving and handling customer complaints about service and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to the correct process.
Care for and maintain existing customer base; search for, build and develop new potential customer base.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience
Age 25-35
College degree or higher in Economics / Business Administration / IT / Electricity, Electronics
Experience in selling products in the Telecommunications/IT/Transmission industry is an advantage.
English communication is an advantage.
Working hours: Monday-Friday (morning 8am-12pm, afternoon 1pm-5pm)
