a. Understand the company's products and basic knowledge of real estate
b. Looking for customers in need
c. Advice on information about apartments for rent
d. Customer care
e. Reporting and consulting with superiors during the working process
f. Planning Marketing on online and offline media
g. Sales planning in the short term (day, week, month), long term (yearly and seasonally)
H. Implement/implement sales, marketing and monitoring costs
i. Finding and building effective working relationships with relevant partners (travel agencies, advertising agencies...)
j. Make analysis reports on business results and marketing expenses, trade marketing quarterly, annually and seasonally
k. Make reports and analyze results after each marketing activity
l. Make periodical reports at the request of the Board of Directors/Director of the company
m. Perform other tasks (if any) requested by the City
