Job Description

Job description

Support the sales team in processing transactions and daily sales activities.
Process customer inquiries and orders, including data entry and confirmation of accurate information.
Monitor the ordering, shipping and delivery process to ensure service time and quality.
Create and maintain customer records, including contact information, order history, and payment information.
Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to answer questions and provide post-sales support.
Track and report sales, orders, and other business metrics to sales and management teams.
Prepare and distribute sales materials, including price lists, product information, and promotional materials.

Candidate requirements

Accurate data entry and office computer skills, including the use of office software such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and customer management system (CRM/ERP).
Good communication skills, ability to listen and solve problems from customers.
Meticulousness and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer information.
Ability to work in a team environment and support other members.
Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
Experience working in sales management or sales support is an advantage.
Experience working with data is an advantage.
