JOB DUTIES
1/ Coordinate with the sales team to track & complete the reports within the specified time:
- Report production/inventory by day/week/month
- Monthly point-of-sale sponsorship report
- Report on the progress of the HTBH . program
- Weekly/monthly report on distributor's output and inventory
- Report on cost of sales...
2/ Manage point of sale sponsorship contracts:
- Support the sales team in drafting and submitting the point of sale sponsorship contract
- Follow up on termination, renewal and renewal of point of sale sponsorship contracts
- Maintain and update point of sale sponsorship data
3/ Manage payment procedures of sales team:
- Summarize, check the vouchers of the sales team and complete the payment related to the sales support program, sign installation, promotion, refund/advance... in accordance with regulations from the Accounting department maths
- Record expenses in the use of sales budget.
4/ Summarize output and calculate sales commission for sales team and point of sale.
5/ Coordinate with Human Resources & Administration department to support other administrative tasks for the sales team.
6/ Other tasks assigned by superiors.
