Job Description
– Live on fanpage, text messages to advise customers, call customers to advise when they are interested in the product (sales not required)
– Respond and advise customers on fanpage about pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
– Prepare, draft, process documents and papers, records, contracts, letters... of sales department and customers/partners.
– Receive and synthesize information, update data, and the operating situation of the business department accurately and completely.
– Contact and build relationships with new customers according to company data
– Implement contracts with customers.
Right
- Income: 7,000,000 VND - 13,000,000 VND (+Commission)
- Bonus: according to company policy.

Request
- Level: High school or higher
- Experience in customer care is an advantage
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Can withstand work pressure and have the ability to learn quickly.
Working time
-From Monday to Saturday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (closed on Sundays and holidays)
