JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive orders from customers or sales representatives, make sales orders, issue invoices, submit to the Department Head for order approval, and send sales orders to the Finished Products Warehouse Manager.
- Track business data (sales, revenue and costs,...)
- Monitor customer receivables, prepare debt confirmation letters, and debt reminder letters to customers.
- Summarize and monitor sales and payment plans.
- Send due and overdue receivables of customers in each market and remind DTM to contact customers to remind debts and request payment.
- Update sales and cash collection activities/daily plans for department heads and sales representatives.
- Monitor and urge the implementation of goods exchange progress in accordance with the signed contract.
- Compare business data with the Accounting Department (sales, revenue, debt, etc.)
- Report daily business data to Department Manager.
- Report monthly/quarterly/yearly to the Head of Department. And reports as requested by superiors.
- Summarize the monthly work schedule of DTM and send it to the Head of Department.
- Carry out import and export procedures. (if any)
- Answer phone calls from incoming customers and transfer information to the relevant person for processing.
- Store documents and records of the department
- Do other tasks as directed by superiors
