    Job Description

    • Manage & develop markets in the area of responsibility to achieve sales goals, coverage density, increase market share, and expand sales network.
    • Organize and manage sales work in the provincial areas in charge to ensure assigned sales volume.
    • Manage agents and distributors, ensure customers comply with sales contracts and management criteria prescribed by the company.
    • Control inventory, plan orders with company customers.
    • Build and develop customer relationships in assigned markets.
    • Regularly update and report market information, competitors, sales data, and distribution network to direct superiors.
    • Implement sales promotion activities, promote the company's products and promotional programs to customers in the area in charge.
    • Update and respond quickly on the situation and results of program implementation.
    • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and sales expenses in the area of responsibility.
    • Manage and care for large, key customers in the area of responsibility, building long-term cooperative relationships with these customers.
    • Control and ensure customers' goods and inventory always comply with company regulations.
    • Regularly visit customers to capture information and difficulties to come up with support plans for them.
