JOB DUTIES
Perform marketing and sales activities including customer retention and development, cash collection, pricing, sales and delivery management, sales contract/agency contract processing, sales underwriting, market data collection and integration and analysis, lead generation and specific market research:
- Manage and promote sales activities based on monthly plan
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Find and sign contracts with new customers
- Collect and integrate data (weekly/monthly/yearly) and conduct market research (including new projects)
- Handling customer complaints
- Propose to implement kaizen to improve quality, productivity and work efficiency
