- Planning and implementing business strategies, making plans to implement with the staff to achieve sales and market development goals.
- Research the market, the company's products and competitors to have a suitable development strategy.
- Collecting information about potential customers, approaching and developing products and markets.
- Train employees in sales knowledge and skills.
- Report directly to the superior on the team's business results.
Request
- Priority is given to candidates who have at least 3 years of experience as a sales team manager
- Ability to plan, strategize, organize and build a sales team
- Implement sales activities and be responsible for business results according to the company's targets
- Have skills to develop personal relationships, good negotiation and communication skills with customers.
- Careful, agile, meticulous, dedicated to work, sociable, actively supporting colleagues at work.
- Good health, suitable for traveling to meet customers.
