- Consulting and selling hotel and resort products with which the company has signed strategic contracts.
- Book and arrange services for guests according to a reasonable and thoughtful program.
- Participate in promoting and advertising tourism products, resorts and target products that the company aims to sell.
- Exploit and search for new customers and support and care for the company's old customers. At the same time, proactively propose initiatives and measures to maximize the exploitation of customer sources.
- Provide customer care before, during and after the trip.
Job Requirements
- Male, Female from 20-35 years old
- College degree or higher in tourism, hotel, foreign languages or social sciences...
- Minimum 6 months experience in the field of consulting and tour operation
- Love traveling, have many experiences of independent travel, exploring many destinations
- Passionate about business, agile and have good communication skills
- Have good consulting, sales skills and understand customer psychology.
- Good at office computer, regularly use social networks facebook, zalo, tiktok...
