    Job Description

    Job details
    • Receive customers and orders from the company's website, Fanpage, Zalo, and hotline channels (customer source from the company's online advertising activities, 100% of customers who call have a need to use the service)
    • Provide consultation, introduction and quotation to customers as requested and according to the company's sales process.
    • Take care of orders to close orders
    • Deploy documents and procedures related to sales services for customers.
    • Arrange orders according to the company's production and service process
    • Coordinate with the Design, Marketing, Administration, and Construction Team departments to successfully complete assigned tasks

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Prefer Male/Female, from 23 - 35 years old, passionate about customer care, closing orders, and business activities
    • Graduated from College or higher in all majors
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
    • The company is equipped with main working facilities: Desktop computer, hotline phone, stationery...
    • 3 NO: No need to search for customers, No spam calls to customers, No need to work overtime (if desired).
    • 3 YES: Experienced, Highly disciplined and responsible, Good communication skills.
