    Job Description

    1. Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Priority is given to candidates who know Chinese.
    2. Have knowledge of logistics and international trade
    3. Update sales data and summarize to create reports by day, week, month, quarter, year.
    4. Draft emails, respond to comments, and rate on social platforms such as Facebook, Google, Zalo...
    5. Draft and manage administrative documents related to business activities of the enterprise such as sales letters, quotations, contracts, order coordination, delivery, etc.
    6. Participate in supporting and drafting internal documents and papers related to work, meetings, and activities of the sales department.
    7. Coordinate with relevant departments to discuss and develop ideas for designing models, packaging, boxes, stamps, labels, etc. of the company, ensuring the identity of the business brand and suiting the tastes of the target customer segment.
    8. Support the sales department in developing work plans, closely monitoring work progress, urging and reminding department members to complete work according to the set plan;
    9. Receive information and requests from customers to process, answer, advise on quality, service, price, prepare bidding documents, quotes... for customers.
    10. Monitor after-sales customer care, receive customer feedback and reviews to forward to specialized departments.
    11. Receive all information from departments and report/propose solutions to the Board of Directors.
    12. Support planning and organizing events, seminars and exhibitions.
    13. Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
    14. Perform other duties as assigned.
