INTRODUCE

We are looking for new candidates for new business in Vietnam in the field of health and beauty
DEPARTMENT : Sales
REPORTS TO : Head of Business Development

JOB DETAILS
The Sales Director will look to support the Sales/Marketing team and work closely with other departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all reports including sales reports, weekly, daily, monthly
- Manage and prepare contracts and documents related to operations
- Manage and ensure all requirements in the system
- Coordinate and support sales team to create payments, complaints
- Support other tasks from Sales Manager
- Create and ensure plan and execute live streaming campaign for KOL.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.
- Submit regular sales reports to management to monitor progress and results.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with ordering as needed.
- Continuously learn about new products and services in the beauty industry.
- Provide training and educational materials to customers or internal teams on products being sold.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned or requested by superiors from time to time.

REQUEST:
  • Required languages: Vietnamese, English is an advantage.
  • No working experience required, open to freshers and we will train & guide. If they have experience, it will be an advantage
  • Experience in cosmetics/health & beauty/retail/FMCG is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Microsoft Office required.

YUKA HOH VIETNAM CO., LTD is located at:
  • Lot 21, Tan Tao Road, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Working days: Monday - Saturday (every other Saturday)
