Job Description

Specific tasks:

Receive and process incoming orders.
Update information, delivery time and production schedule.
Manage information, customer records, update information for the accounting department.
Record customer receipt information, report to the bill of lading party and arrange production.
Support ordering and delivery coordination.
Receive all feedback from customers and report to management when it arises
Manage and motivate customers regarding debt deadlines.
Update new sizes to the price list and quote.
