Job Description

- Track and process e-commerce, PTTT, KA, and internal orders : issue invoices, control quantity, programs, and product codes according to regulations.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to check product information, prices, promotions, and content on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki...).
- Support the operation of internal marketing programs: Flash Sale, Hot Deal, Monthly Campaign
- Synthesize and perform various types of reports : sales, canceled goods, fund cost reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform sales accounting operations , process documents, invoices, invoice cancellation/replacement records, and inventory reconciliation.
