Job Description
1. Training on job
+ Document management and storage
+ Administration tasks.
2. Traineeship's tasks
+ Receive and distribute documents to Departments and Branches
+ Track, monitor the report of stationary, courier
+ Arrange documents, contracts...
+ Draft sales contract
+ Follow up the signing submit documents
+ Other tasks as required.
Qualification
+ Entitled as full-time student for 3 months internship period with major in Business Administration or relevant courses.
+ Good command in 4 English skills (Read, Write, Listen, Speak)
+ Proficient in MS (Excel, Word, PP) is required.
+ 3rd/4th year students.
