Participate in web application development projects as a Full Stack Developer, able to program with Ruby on Rails to develop functions related to Admin CMS, API (Backend); in addition, need to understand and be able to program VueJS, Python, Golang to maintain or refresh tasks associated with AWS services.
Develop, deploy and maintain web application features, ensuring stability and high performance.
Have experience working with AWS, can handle some work related to AWS infrastructure and services.
Contribute to requirements analysis, system design and development planning.
Participate in testing and debugging, ensuring product quality.
Update and improve source code to improve performance and security.
Support and guide other team members.

At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails;
Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries like Redux, Webpack.
Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience working with Python, Golang languages.
Experience with software development tools and processes such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
Experienced in handling performance improvements for Backend;
Experience working with AWS, priority given to candidates with basic experience working with AWS

Other skills & requirements:

Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
English/Japanese ability to read technical documents is an advantage
