Job responsibilities
Provide L2 support: Respond to issues and complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Develop and maintain ETL and data integration solutions using Pentaho and Java.
Work with teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Optimize performance of data integration processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and integrations.
Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ year of experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI).
Experience in Java and basic software development.
Understanding of ETL processes and best practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
