■Job description
Participating is a member of the Design team in the Marketing department, coordinating with the team in the company's campaigns. Main role: creative, ideation and visual design for marketing activities; understand the company and customer experience to give appropriate design direction and unified brand image.
- Team structure: This side operates the scrum master model.
REQUIREMENTS
* About skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Working in a team with Marketing team members and providing expert advice on ideas, concepts and orientation for brand image; Know how to improve the design image based on feedback and evaluation from the Marketing team.
- Creation, ideation/concept, presentation and design for the image of Marketing activities.
- Understanding the interface form on Digital Marketing channels including: Blog, Facebook, Website, Landing page, PR post,...
- Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and similar graphic software.
- Having video making skills and/or UI/UX design experience is a plus.
* Personality:
- Creative, have a good taste in design and graphics.
- Be sensitive, open-minded in absorbing new things, learning new skills.
- Listening, willing to absorb and continuously improve for the better.
- Confidently express personal opinions and willing to receive opinions from people to develop themselves.
