JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Rebar Detailer with experience in AutoCAD or other BIM software to join our team. In this role, the matched candidate will take part in different project stages in areas such as industry, residential, and infrastructure, and ensure integrity and quality of CAD drawings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take part in different project stages in areas such as industry, residential, and infrastructure.
Generate design drawings (formwork drawings, design sketches, details), and workshop documentation (reinforcement plans, rebar bending list) based on design information/standards from the structural design team or from the client.
Prepare complete reinforcement concrete planning independently in AutoCAD 2D or from Tekla software based on established standards.
Communicate with the engineer and/or client on technical aspects.
Ensure integrity and quality of CAD drawings.
Develop internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning.
Work with our local team and directly with clients during the design and construction phases.
Manage assigned tasks, share work with others, and coordinate with different disciplines.
Do other tasks such as Project Lead / Managers request.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or closely related fields.
Experience in reinforcement-concrete structures is required, 2 - 3 years of experience.
Good English skills for communication, reading technical documents, and preparing drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
Being interested in Rebar detailing and using modern technology to optimize working processes.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment with open-minded.
Experience in civil and industrial construction following standards is a must.
Knowledge of European construction project management issues is a must.
Able to work under pressure with strong work ethics and a can-do attitude.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
Experience with other Rebar/BIM Software (Tekla, Solibri, Navisworks, Trimble connect etc.) is an advantage.
