- Develop Time & Action (T/A) Calendar for each season based on different production and distribution activities
- Promote internal and external communications: Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and manufacturing units to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfillment.
- Understand product specifications: In-depth knowledge of product specifications, including material type, color, quality, and other essential elements that meet buyer specifications.
- Sampling: Monitor the sampling process, ensuring the product meets the buyer's expectations and quality standards before moving to mass production.
- Create BOM (bill of materials), Manage sourcing and selection of raw materials for products.
- Oversee product development process: Liaise with manufacturing to ensure products are manufactured to buyer specifications, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Necessary knowledge:
- Experienced in Sales, Sampling, Product Development.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of handbag manufacturing, quality control and buyer expectations.
- Professional and neat style, focusing on customer relations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Place of work: Quang Ngai
- Working hours: 7:30-16:30 from Monday - Saturday
- Salary: Up to $1500 (or negotiable)
