    Job details:
    • Build and develop production processes and maintain internal control systems.
    • Manage and control the production process.
    • Manage product quality and manage machinery and equipment, CCDC, raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products.
    • Manage and control general production data for the board of directors, review and approve the ordering system, export materials, complete products,...
    • Build a new employee training system, train and coach personnel to improve skills.
    • Building KPIs and risk analysis for the production department.

    Job requirements
    • Graduated from college/university majoring in food technology, quality management... 2 years of experience working in the food processing industry
    • Have professional ethics, Knowledge, Proactivity and Compliance. Have good communication skills and ability to handle situations. Proficient in using office information technology and work-related software.
    • Agile, hardworking, enthusiastic at work.
    • Have knowledge of product quality management and equipment measurement;
    • Have skills in synthesizing and analyzing data and preparing reports.
    • Have planning and implementation skills.
    • Have a high responsibility in works.
