Position information: E-Commerce Management & Operations- Form: Full-time, full-time
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Job Description:- E-commerce platform management & operation: Ensure product images and information accuracy & update accurate inventory quantity on (Website, Shopee, Tiktok)
- Implement advertising & promotion campaigns: Build promotional programs, plan, register advertising campaigns, promotions on the platform, monitor & optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate with supply & warehouse department: Plan import, track inventory & forecast product demand.
- Affiliate Marketing Development & Management: Cooperate with affiliate partners, implement programs & optimize promotional strategies.
- Revenue management & business reporting: Responsible for sales targets on e-commerce platforms, tracking KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, traffic), analyzing & adjusting strategies.
- Support marketing & promotion campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize advertising and discount programs on e-commerce platforms.
- Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.
Request:- College degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position , preferably in the fashion industry .
- Proficient in using e-commerce platform operating tools.
- Have knowledge of online marketing & advertising on e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication, flexible, problem solving mindset to bring overall efficiency.
- Knowledge or experience in Affiliate Marketing is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking, flexible, creative, work well under high pressure .
