• Implement farm processes and regulations;
• Training, testing, supervising and evaluating the work of subordinate employees
• Make production plans, estimate supplies, medicine, bran... for the camp in charge;

• Control factors related to camp operations
• Responsible for managing operating costs to optimize costs while still achieving work efficiency at the farm in charge.
• Responsible for camp infrastructure to ensure regular and continuous operation of the camp.
• Check the correct implementation of procedures and issues related to the Camp's production activities.
• Manage 5S at the farm, check the hygiene of livestock areas, collective areas, and housing
• Providing medicine, vaccines and working tools
