- Check the conditions for starting the work and receive the construction site with the investor;
- Surveying the current status of works for construction and installation work and other projects related to the project;
- Make detailed construction progress according to each work item, agree on the implementation schedule with the ordering staff and partners;
- Management and control of quality and techniques at construction projects;
- Inspect and supervise materials and equipment put into use for the project;
- Must be responsible for working with local authorities, local authorities, related units as well as surrounding houses on project implementation time and project safety...;
- Organize the construction of projects according to the following criteria:
+ Manage, supervise and guide the team of direct construction workers to ensure compactness and efficiency.
+ The work must have labor safety regulations.
+ The project must have a construction log.
+ The work must be constructed according to the construction schedule and the progress does not overlap between the construction units causing damage to each other's products.
+ The work must have enough detailed drawings for the construction.
+ Keep the building clean to ensure construction quality monitoring, easy to detect errors during construction.
- Responsible for managing and protecting the Company's assets and construction materials at the construction site (if any);
- Organize inspection and acceptance of completed work volumes for contractors;
Organize payment acceptance, handover and finalization of the project with the investor, ensuring timely progress
