    Job Description

    Job Description:

    • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop production processes and product quality management processes. Comply with ISO quality management processes.
    • Production planning, meeting progress and quality requirements.
    • Analyze and optimize production processes and quality management processes to reduce defect rates, reduce raw material inventory, increase production efficiency and labor productivity. Measure stages, improve and enhance factory productivity.
    • Guide and urge workers to work to ensure correct production process.
    • Manage all workers, machinery, equipment, raw materials, goods, etc., promptly monitor and detect human errors and machine failures to improve and fix them without affecting production activities.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training to improve workers' skills.
    • Periodically report work weekly/monthly/yearly.
    • Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
