- Managing and operating production plans including the following stages: planning, organizing and implementing the plan, reporting production, output, quality, progress and efficiency. Develop and ensure implementation of relevant work procedures.
- Management of production resources (machines, equipment; technology; human resources; production materials) in order to have sufficient resources to implement production plans and optimize resources.
- Quality management: ensure product production meets quality requirements
- Manage jobs related to the field of occupational safety, hygiene, environmental protection, fire prevention
- Control production costs. Improve the production process, improve the skills and skills of workers and manage and control quality to reduce costs.
- Personnel development: Participating in the recruitment and training of personnel within the scope of management. Conduct employee evaluation, training-training-rotation
- Participate in performing other tasks as assigned and meet the overall goals of the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- From 5 years of experience in production management, Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Mechanical, Industrial Electrical
- Having management experience in plastic industry companies
- Having extensive knowledge of plastic injection machines, especially capable of repairing and fixing errors in the "Injection Molding Machine" plastic injection machine.
- Ability to speak English and Korean fluently to serve the job.
- Use office computers.
- Able to work under pressure.
