- Carry out production management, material planning, and reasonable personnel arrangement to ensure production progress.
- Consult all opinions related to the Company's product technology, improve production technology, product quality, and apply high technology in production to promote growth plans.
- Carry out the work of building labor standards.
- Receive overall production plan, make detailed plan and implement according to plan.
- Monitor daily production plans for the Planning department.
- Coordinate with other departments in the Production Block (Design, Engineering, Planning and processing units) to ensure work plans.
- Research and propose measures and methods to continuously improve product quality.
- Responsible for output and work progress, coordinate with departments at the factory to complete work from the time of production order until finished products are in stock.
- Advise and support the company, participate in building and perfecting working processes, training processes, and other policies for employees in the Production Division.
- Propose and participate in completing production forms according to industry ISO standards.
- Fully perform the responsibilities, powers and obligations of an internal production manager.
- Receive, assign work, train and manage the quality of management staff.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
