Job Description

I. Job description

Organize and build sales department, sales system, sales channels

Determine goals and develop an operating plan for the online business department
Build, design, organize and implement process operations
Build organizational structure, job descriptions, evaluation and recruitment standards of the sales team.
Develop training roadmap, implement training, develop training plans by month/season/year/by event for personnel. Build culture and working habits for the department.
Update technology, continuously improve operating procedures to ensure work efficiency

Develop and implement business plans

Build goals, Receive targets, build sales programs, assign targets to personnel
Develop goals and requirements for other business support departments, interact and coordinate with departments to ensure business goals
Coordinate, assign tasks, and control online and offline sales activities
Measure and report business results, make assessments and adjustments for the next plan

Manage customer service and handle customer complaints

Build customer care programs based on current needs assessment and market research.
Develop a set of customer service quality standards (Level of satisfaction, complaints, frequently encountered problems, ...). Business image. Organize implementation, survey and prepare reports, make suggestions for improvement.
Receive customer feedback to the Company, proactively handle it within the scope of authority. Monitor progress and results of resolving feedback from customer service.

Assess the market, plan to import goods

Collect customer requirements, evaluate inventory and sales plans to make purchasing plans and production orders.
Coordinate with the research and development department to make product recommendations to develop designs that meet customer tastes.

Perform other tasks

Participate in sales, consulting, and other tasks as needed to ensure customer service quality.
Handle problems that arise during the process of sales, business, and service provision: machinery, tools, security and safety.
Perform other tasks as required by the Job.

II. Right

Income includes fixed salary + Sales salary + Allowance: 17,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND depending on capacity and business efficiency
Pay social insurance after 3 - 6 months of official work
Other regimes according to state regulations

IV. Working time and location

Working hours: Morning 8:00 am - 5:30 pm from Monday - Saturday (1.5 hour lunch break)
Work location: 102 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da, Hanoi
