MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop revenue plans, menu implementation plans, service strategies, and service development plans.
- Ensure that food, beverages, and services are provided in accordance with quality standards and food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support restaurant/bar operations, coordinate problem resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the organization of professional training in F&B operations and product knowledge for service and kitchen staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of personnel at various facilities.
- Receive and carry out assigned tasks from management, coordinate with relevant departments, and report on work progress and any arising issues.
REQUEST:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the F&B industry, with a preference for experience in cafe, bakery, restaurant, or hotel chains.
- Good skills in managing personnel, finance, and inventory.
- Possesses creativity and knowledge in beverage mixing.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Research, Analysis, Operations Management, Problem Solving, and Customer Service.
In addition, the following are required: experience working with Restaurant Managers, knowledge of coffee, proficiency in operational improvements, and knowledge related to barista skills and service staff.
