Job Description
- Proactively plan to search and create relationships with potential Agents (SLK/CTV);
- Assess and evaluate the capacity of the Agents and make a list of suitable Distribution Agents for each project implemented by the Company;
- Implement activities to attract agents and invite distribution cooperation for each project;
- Propose the Board of Directors to sign a distribution cooperation contract with the Agent;
- Coordinate and support the completion of distribution contract signing procedures with Agents/SML/CTV;
- Develop and implement sales/distribution plans for real estate products, and promote business activities for each project of the Company;
- Set up and complete assigned business targets; Allocate targets to each Agent (SLK/CTV), support Agent (SLK/CTV) to achieve sales targets;
- Update all project information, policies, and documents related to sales to each Agent quickly, completely, and accurately;
- Organize periodic training/dissemination for agents about project/product information, shopping cart, policies, and legal documents to be signed with customers;
- Support, promote, manage and monitor sales activities of agents. Set performance standards and develop sales agents;
- Coordinate with agents to resolve arising problems, difficulties and obstacles of customers, help agents ensure sales targets and comply with regulations of the Investor;
- Support procedures and admin in the process of updating transactions and reconciling sales commissions with Agents and with Investors;
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements
- Have 3 years or more experience in real estate business.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, persuade and solve problems
- Have a work-related relationship.
- Ability to manage and coordinate work
- Good ethics, enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive
