JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establish and strengthen policies, recommend specific actions to increase sales; control the situation of investment loans.
Duties:
* Maintain loan administration staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff.
* Guide, advise and discipline employees, plan, monitor, reward the results of work in order to maintain the work results of sales staff.
* Establish, monitor and strengthen policies, procedures and standards for loan control.
* Track overdue debts, confirm, prepare reports to determine the status of loan portfolio.
* Analyze customers, evaluate options to recommend specific actions for overdue debt.
* Evaluate fees paid to recommend specific actions for insolvency
* Analyze loan requirements, annotations, terms, guarantees..., provide administrative issues for approval to contribute information to the decision making of the company's Board of Directors.
* View new or revised policies and regulations, view loan documents.
* Schedule and assign work to employees, track work results to complete the requirements of the organization.
* Attend learning opportunities, read professional books, establish personal relationships, participate in professional organizations to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
* Prepare annual budget, schedule spending, analyze differences, correct mistakes to achieve financial goals.
