    Building human resource strategy :

    • Make short-term, medium-term and long-term human resource plans in line with the company's development strategy and organize effective implementation.

    Developing human resource management system :

    • Design and implement a comprehensive human resource evaluation system, including compensation and benefits mechanisms, welfare policies, and clear promotion paths.

    Human resource management and forecasting :

    • Conduct analysis and forecast of human resource needs, optimize organizational structure and arrange human resources in accordance with business situation and labor market.

    Talent development and training :

    • Build skills training programs and develop strategic human resources, ensuring high-quality human resources and ready succession.

    Effective human resource management and processing :

    • Quickly and effectively resolve issues arising in human resource management, ensuring stability in operations and labor relations.

    Standardize administrative system :

    • Improve and develop administrative management processes, ensure operational compliance with standards and optimize efficiency.
