1. Job content:
-Responsible for the management and operation of all restaurant operations.
- Arrange and implement marketing activities, promotional events or promotions...
- Maintain and build relationships with customers.
-Control stock levels and orders of departments in the restaurant.
-Maintain and control standards of quality, food safety and health.
- Periodically set targets, orientations and business plans in accordance with the general situation.
- Recruitment and management of restaurant staff.
-Management of employees: Building working schedules, training employees on professional skills, manners and discipline.
- Report at the end of shift, week and month to superior.
-Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
2. Candidate Requirements:
- Style/appearance: Agile, suitable for service environment.
- University degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Understanding of business management.
- Experience in F&B industry.
- Able to work under high pressure.
