Job description:
- Restaurant management: Business activities, setup, promotion, training and staff management.
- Assist in recruiting positions in the restaurant and training staff according to the process.
- Manage, assign shifts, arrange work for employees.
- Timekeeping and quality control of employees' work.
-Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Make records and store daily reports, revenue reports, customer information, personnel, ... for superiors when required
- Monitoring customer care activities, consulting, receiving feedback of important customers.
- Implement the goals set down by the superiors, promote revenue, profit and development direction. Secure company image and brand.
Job requirements :
- Female from 24 years old to 29 years old (female only)
- At least 1 year experience in restaurant management or F&B related industry.
- Able to communicate in English because working with foreign bosses and areas with foreign guests.
- Know how to manage working time and work under pressure
- Independent spirit and teamwork.
- Proficient in basic office computer
Right:
- Salary: 10 - 15 million/month, negotiable according to capacity
- Increase salary according to seniority and capacity
